"Let it Go" (also published as "Conceal Don't Feel) is part of the Disney's Twisted Tales series, telling classic Disney stories with a twist. "Let it go" tells the story of Frozen…but 'What if Elsa and Anna never knew each other?'
I really enjoyed this. I love the Frozen films and I think because I knew the story it was a lot easier to immerse myself in this version. I loved the familiarity or the characters whilst also throwing in new characters as well. I really liked the Elsa had supporters in the castle after she had run off because it made more sense that the people of Arendella welcomed her back after she almost freezes them all to death.
I've given it 4 out of 5 because some of the characters don't really translate from the screen to the page, especially if you don't know the characters. You don't get the childish innocence of Olaf coming through in the book so he is a bit lost in it. I'm also not a huge fan of re-imaginings be it book or films I much prefer an original story
